Jr Financial Analyst

Summary

This role supports core financial reporting and analysis activities by preparing data, maintaining report accuracy, and assisting with forecasting tasks. It plays a key part in ensuring timely financial insights that help business teams make informed decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with the following financial reporting and analysis activities:

    • Monthly revenue forecasting file preparation, data collection and extraction from power BI, including mid-month forecast updates
    • Data sorting and data collection for pricing calculations
    • Data preparation for monthly financial profitability analysis
    • BU review /Leadership meeting slide preparation
    • Gathering business input for first drafts of budgets and forecasts, including supporting any reporting system submissions
    • Gathering and collating headcount data and headcount tracking for SGA inputs
    • Maintaining the integrity of Financial Reports

Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Communication or related field. 

Technical Skills/Physical Requirements

Ability to handle, churn, work on large volume of data with meaningful interpretation and analysis. Perform ad hoc tasks per business unit requirements.
