Essential responsibilities

Monitoring and preparing Daily production report [DPR]
Daily Production planning as per MPS
Monitor and ensure delivery on time & Maintain Quality of the product
Inventory management.
Minimize downtime, rejection, and wastage
Monitor & execute machine performance.(Reduction, carburizing, Ball mill, Dryer)
Process monitoring & Supervision
Data entries in ERP and MS Excel.
Managing Job work
Raw material Calculations.
Grain size checking.
Co-ordination with Press shop Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
Manpower allocation & Training
Maintaining discipline on shop floor

Education- Diploma /Degree in Mechanical/Chemical

Skills required- Supervisory, Communication

Knowledge/competencies required- ERP Proficiency (INFOR- Preferable), Decision-Making, Leadership, ISO-QMS/SMS

Experience- 2 to 5 years

Gender- Male
