Summary
Precision Solutions a Hyperion Materials and Technology Company is a Global supplier of of applications in hard and super-hard materials. We are in need of a Inside Sales Representative for our Iwrin PA facility. This position will have responsibility for finding, developing prosepctive customers, growing sales with small-to-medium sized customers, and supporting the field sales team with share growth. This position will drive market share gain and increase profitability of the Precision Solutions business unit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides ideas to attract new customers and expand existing areas.
- Follows up on leads and referrals, assessing and qualify them as sales opportunties..
- Receives leads from Marketing. Identifies, develops and nurtures relationships with former and potential customers who are currently not purchasing Hyperion products. Calls and emails customers to identify customer needs. Cultivates new leads from customer calls and referrals.
- Analyzes prior product sales to customers and identifies opportunities. Collaborates with sales manager to develop a sales strategy.
- Develops product knowledge to share with customers and respond to their questions.
- Collaborates with segment manager on pricing, and terms.
- Develops precall planners, writes summary reports and enters in CRM. Utilizes CRM for customer communication and follow up.
- Serves as liaison between customer and field sales reps. Introduces customers to field sales reps and coordinates onsite visits or consultations when required.
- Develop and execute tactical strategies to convert leads into opportunities.
- Conduct insightful voice of the customeer analysis to identify cuustomer satisfaction, needs and perceived and unknown customer plan.
- Follows up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Hyperion products and services.
- Manage and implement the pricing plan for area of responsibility.
- Supports sales forecast process.
- Attends sales meetings to understand company strategies and provide insight.

Education and/or Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferrred or a combination of experience and further education.
- 2 years previous sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape/campaigns, including Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
Technical Skills/Physical Requirements
- Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings and GD&T preferred.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization and execute across multiple functions
- Self-Starter and highly motivated
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organization skills
- Experience with CRM and industrial business-to-business products
- Proven professionalism with the ability to use discretion and sound business judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- High attention to detail required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel - 10%
