Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Hyperion Materials & Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Data Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in-depth knowledge of CRM system while working in a global environment.
 

  • Review customer data and enhance key market segmentation fields such as industry, end user, and product of interest to help develop target groups for marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Perform data cleansing tasks such as deduplication, standardization, and validation to improve marketing campaign efficiency and to help ensure an accurate Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Conduct data entry, verification tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion; maintain data security.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data manipulation skills in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and applying formulas and functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, and VLOOKUP.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships in a cross functional team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.

Education and/or Work Experience

  • Enrollment in a Data Science or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Completed at least two years of college education prior to start of internship.
