AI Change Management & Enablement Lead

Summary

The AI Change Management & Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the organizational adoption and workforce transformation efforts that support the successful deployment of Artificial Intelligence across Hyperion. The role focuses on ensuring employees, leaders, and business functions are prepared to integrate AI-enabled tools, processes, and ways of working into their daily operations while realizing measurable business value. This position leads enterprise change management, communication, learning, and capability-building initiatives that accelerate AI adoption and workforce readiness. Working closely with business leaders, IT, HR, and functional teams, the role develops scalable frameworks, enablement programs, and engagement strategies that help embed AI into the organization’s culture and operating model. The role serves as the primary link between AI technology implementation and organizational change, ensuring that AI solutions are adopted responsibly, supported through effective governance and education, and sustained through continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing capability development. This position will be hybrid based in our Dublin, OH office. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

AI Change Strategy & Transformation

  • Develop and execute the enterprise AI change management strategy aligned with corporate transformation objectives.
  • Lead organizational readiness assessments to identify change impacts, risks, adoption barriers, and capability gaps.
  • Create scalable change frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks to support AI deployment across functions and regions.
  • Establish change governance structures and stakeholder engagement models for AI initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between AI transformation programs and broader digital, operational excellence, and business strategies.

 

AI Adoption & Business Enablement

  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, advanced analytics, and generative AI solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to define adoption goals, success metrics, and value realization plans.
  • Design and implement AI enablement programs that help employees incorporate AI into daily workflows.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve utilization and business outcomes.
  • Support pilot programs and scale successful AI use cases across business units.

 

Learning, Capability Building & Workforce Readiness

  • Develop global AI literacy and capability-building strategies for executives, managers, technical teams, and frontline employees.
  • Create role-based learning pathways for AI users, champions, power users, and leaders.
  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to integrate AI skills into workforce development programs.
  • Build AI communities of practice, champion networks, and knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Promote responsible AI usage through education and awareness programs.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies that articulate the vision, benefits, and impact of AI initiatives.
  • Build executive-level messaging, presentations, and leadership engagement materials.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement plans across global regions and functional teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change risks, workforce concerns, and adoption opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, leadership sessions, and change interventions.

 

AI Governance & Responsible Adoption

  • Collaborate with AI governance, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and HR teams to ensure responsible AI practices.
  • Support development and rollout of AI policies, standards, and employee guidelines.
  • Drive awareness and understanding of ethical AI principles and governance requirements.
  • Ensure enablement programs reinforce compliance, risk management, and responsible use of AI technologies.

 

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, capability development, and business impact.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting mechanisms to monitor AI transformation progress.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned assessments.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve change management and enablement approaches.

Education and/or Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Communications, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise change management, digital transformation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or emerging technology adoption programs.
  • Experience leading large-scale global transformation initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
  • Experience developing executive communications and stakeholder engagement strategies

Technical Skills/Physical Requirements

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Direct experience deploying ChatGPT, Claude, or similar enterprise generative AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
  • Background in change management or large-scale technology adoption initiatives.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Experience influencing decisions across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Travel - 15% travel required
