Solutions Sales Manager - Hygiene & ENR

Summary

The prime focus of this role will be to implement the business strategy within the assigned industry segments, by working on new project opportunities, working closely with OEM’s, allied industry suppliers, consultants, agencies and industry trend setter companies. Utilizing the autonomy of the role to develop new relationships across industry and expand our business & product portfolio thereby resulting in profitable and revenue growth. This is a remote position based in India. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with the allied industry suppliers, consultants, agencies and equipment manufacturers, and partner in these projects.
  • Understanding the end customer’s requirements and finding opportunities for business.
  • Networking in the industry and be updated on the latest trends and evolving technical innovation.
  • Introduce Hyperion’s range of products at the project phase to gain competitive advantage.
  • Offering customized and value-added solutions based on project requirements and making technical presentations to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with internal team to execute the project orders within the committed timeline and conducting commercial discussion and negotiation on the proposals made.
  • Submitting reports on the project status and sales activities and updating CRM on regular basis, maintaining the sales funnel.
  • Keep an up-to-date product knowledge of the Hyperion Products.
  • Adhere to all Hyperion Policies & Procedures.
     

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a technical aptitude with good interpersonal skills, project management, and be able to communicate at various levels and a willingness to learn and work in a growing team.

Education and/or Work Experience

  • 4 – 7 years corporate technical sales experience or relevant industry experience is necessary. 
  • Knowledge or work experience in process manufacturing or toolmaking industries would be advantageous: Toolmaking, Hygiene Product Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Energy & Natural Resources, Tungsten Carbide / CBN / Diamond tools
  • Engineering background, Mechanical or Material Technology background would be highly regarded.
     

Technical Skills/Physical Requirements

  • A commitment to improving customer productivity through “Value Selling”.
  • Literacy & Computer skills essential.
  • Current Drivers License required.
  • Native local language and strong English skills are required.
  • Travel - as much as 75% travel
